Nate “Nasty” Neild embarked on his journey with Kroyler Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the summer of 2020. What began as a curiosity for martial arts quickly evolved into a profound passion, keeping him a consistent, formidable presence on the mats ever since. His disciplined approach and relentless commitment have propelled him to the rank of purple belt and earned him a place among the academy’s respected instructors.

Driven by a desire to share the transformative power of the art, Nate is a versatile coach who contributes to the Youth, Adult Self-Defense, and Youth Competition programs. He is a firm believer that Jiu-Jitsu is a vehicle for realizing one’s full potential and building unshakable confidence. For Nate, the most rewarding aspect of instruction is witnessing a student’s growth, a process that fuels his own continuous pursuit of mastery.

Beyond the academy, Nate’s fascination with world history and global culture led him to participate in gym-sponsored travel, allowing him to immerse himself in new environments while sharpening his skills abroad. Yet, despite his travels, Nate finds his greatest inspiration in the camaraderie of the KGJJ community. Known for his character and unwavering dedication to the craft, Nate has earned the high regard of his peers and instructors alike.

With the long-term goal of becoming a full-time instructor, Nate’s journey is defined by a dual mission: his own personal excellence and the inspiration of others as they embark on their own paths of self-discovery.
