Amanda is a trail and ultra runner and has been an athlete her whole life. Initially, she turned to yoga for physical relief from running-related injuries. As Yoga became a part of her life, she started to notice other benefits as well. Sleeping better, being more present/focused, and overall happier were among the few!
This spoke to her and she decided that she wanted to become a yoga teacher to help others to stay fluid, prevent injuries and find inner peace through yoga. She encourages everyone to come to their mat with the intention to be their best and honor their body.
Amanda completed her 200 RYT at Inhale Exhale School of Yoga and is finishing up her 300 RYT with My Vinyasa Practice. She is also a Yoga Sports Coach™ and trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy. In addition to her yoga training, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University.
“It’s called a yoga practice, not a yoga perfect.” - Amanda Losch
