Yoga is a mind and body practice that incorporates physical movements, holding postures, intentional breathing and awareness exercises.  Yoga has been practiced for centuries and is one of the oldest recorded forms of exercise for the mind and body.

Yoga can increase flexibility, strength and balance. It can also increase body awareness and confidence while bringing a quiet focus to the mind. Yoga can be tailored to your fitness level and personal goals for the practice session and allows each practitioner to improve at their own pace.  

Our Yoga Program is taught by Amanda Losch, whom is a firm believer in Yoga as a means to improve our physical fitness, physical performance, mobility, flexibility and recovery. 

Yoga for Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling and Judo, is amazing because with a regular and consistent practice, yoga will provide the athlete with injury prevention and performance enhancement. These will be achieved by using a balanced practice that focuses on flexibility, stability, strength and recovery. This practice will be tailored to the athletes' schedule, to achieve maximum results.
